Yekaterina Grauer, DPM, is a compassionate podiatrist and partner at Toetal Podiatry, located in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. She treats a range of conditions, and she is eager to help the wider community receive the care they deserve. Dr. Grauer attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. She completed additional specialty training in foot and ankle arthroscopy surgical skills and received a certificate in arthroscopy.
After completing her medical training, Dr. Grauer worked as an attending physician at Shore View Nursing Home in Brooklyn, New York. She then worked as an associate podiatrist at Starrett Podiatry in New York City, where she provided comprehensive care for a variety of foot, ankle, and sports medicine needs.
Dr. Grauer is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She also maintains a New York State Podiatric License. She is a resident member of both the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the Committee of Interns and Residents.
Dr. Grauer has dedicated a lot of her time to volunteering in her community. She has volunteered for Coney Island Hospital, New York-Presbyterian Hospital, and the East Hamptons Marathon and Half Marathon.

Dr. Sharaara Rahman, DPM, MS is a board qualified foot and ankle surgeon who completed her surgical residency training at Lenox Hill Hospital – Northwell Health. During residency she served as Chief Resident, obtained additional credentialing in reconstructive surgery, and earned a certificate in Healthcare Management from Yale University.
Dr. Shar received her undergraduate degree from SUNY Binghamton, where she majored in Biology. At Binghamton, Dr. Shar was a Ronald E. McNair Scholar, received the Dale B. Terry Memorial Foundation Award, and published her Honors Thesis with both the Biology and Chemistry Departments.
Following undergraduate studies, she pursued a Master of Science from The University of Houston- Clear Lake, where she majored in biology and published cancer related research in the Journal of Analytical Chemistry and the Journal of Biomedicine. She then went on to attend the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where she completed her doctorate and received the Class of 2020 Susheel Bhatla Award.
In addition to her passion in Medicine, she is also very involved with her community. She presently is an Anchor for a health show on IBTV USA called “Health and Happiness”, that serves to educate the South Asian community in health and medicine. She is also a mentor for a Non-profit organization called Children of 1971. She loves volunteering and helping others and can speak four languages: Bangla, Urdu, Hindi and English. Dr. Shar loves fashion, traveling to different countries and spending time with her two daughters, family and friends. Dr. Shar has a particular interest in cosmetic surgery of the foot, Sports Medicine related pathologies, and reconstructive forefoot surgeries. Her goal is to make innovative advancements in Podiatric Medicine in the future.

Dr. Stephanie Anne Lubin, DPM MS began her career path at Boston University on a
pre-med track, graduating with a Bachelor of Science as a Human Physiology major
and Kinesiology minor. During her education, She participated in research at Harvard
University regarding the initiation and survival of acute kidney injury.
Dr Lubin further pursued her interest in science by obtaining a Master of Biomedical
Science and Forensics at Drexel University College of Medicine. A New York native
herself, Dr. Lubin attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in East Harlem,
one of the oldest and most respected podiatric schools.
Dr. Lubin attended a well-rounded comprehensive residency consisting of both medical
and surgical training at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Lubin received
extensive training in elective, reconstructive, and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle,
wound care, pediatric ailments, and deformities as well as new minimally invasive
procedures. Her program included an orthopedic trauma rotation working closely with
high-ranked and respected orthopedic surgeons. In the final year of her training, Dr.
Lubin demonstrated her leadership as the only chief resident supervising and teaching
18 other residents.
Dr. Lubin is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the
American Board of Podiatric Medicine, and the New York State Podiatric Medical
Association. She provides treatment for many foot and ankle disorders for both
pediatrics and adults. Dr. Lubin places tremendous importance on both functionality and
aesthetically pleasing results.
As a distance runner and former Division One soccer player, Dr. Lubin’s passion lies in
rehabilitating sports injuries to the foot and ankle. Her biomechanical and surgical
knowledge allows her to provide comprehensive treatment, returning patients,
especially athletes and performers, to their busy lives as quickly as possible. Dr. Lubin
values strong personal relationships with her patients, treating them with love, respect,
honesty, and professionalism. Dr. Lubin believes in empowering patients. She does this
by providing them with a personalized and optimal plan including; a comprehensive
diagnosis, one one-on-one education, and a practical discussion of all treatment routes
before proceeding.
Dr. Lubin recognizes the impact foot and ankle pain has on total body wellness and how
that can influence the ability to exercise, lose weight, or stay healthy. She believes in
allowing patients to create a new standard of living and a lifestyle that paves the way for
head-to-toe health by focusing on the foundation of the foot.

Laurel Yee, DPM, is a podiatrist at TOETAL Podiatry, located in Manhattan, New York City.
Dr. Laurel Yee, DPM is a highly skilled and compassionate podiatric physician. Born to Chinese immigrants, she developed a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence early in life.
Dr. Yee values patient centered care and strives to establish a strong doctor-patient relationship built on trust and open communication.
Dr. Yee completed her undergraduate degree at University of Buffalo and CUNY Hunter College, with a major in biochemistry and minor in statistics. She then completed her doctorate degree at the New York of College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan. Dr. Yee then went to complete her residency training at NYU Langone Hospital, a prestigious intuition with various locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn, under the leadership of both board certified podiatric surgeons as well as foot and ankle orthopedists.
She was trained on a wide array of forefoot and rearfoot pathologies and surgeries, including but not limited to diabetic foot infections, limb salvage, trauma, wound care, clinical biomechanics, and elective and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery. She is well-versed in the latest advancements in podiatric techniques and stays up-to-date with the ever-evolving field through continued education, research, weekly conferences, and skills labs.
